Meet the team: the IT pros at Lime Networks

IT should be simple and secure and customers should be looked after by passionate people who communicate clearly. At Lime Networks, secure IT and clear communication are of paramount importance. But who exactly takes care of your IT? We are proud of our team of real people with a golden IT heart. That's why we would like to introduce them: meet our top helpdesk staff!

Meet: Aleks, 1st line IT specialist and BBQ hero

Aleks works as a first line specialist at Lime Networks. He finds his work fun, smooth and challenging and gets energy from working with customers on IT issues. He solves this for them so everyone can work with a faster, more secure and efficient IT.
What else excites Aleks? Trying out new BBQ recipes. He likes to share these with friends and colleagues.

Meet: Mike, 1st line IT specialist and sportsman

Mike started out as an intern at Lime Networks and progressed to become a first line specialist. What does Mike like about working at Lime Networks? The variation between working in the office and on location (of course only when this is possible because of Corona lockdowns).
Not sitting still is important to Mike. To get rid of his energy, he can regularly be found in the gym. Besides doing nice things with his family, friends and girlfriend, Mike likes to see the world. Indonesia is high on his list!

Meet: Leslie, service desk coordinator and former artist dresser

Since June 2019, we have been able to add Leslie to our team as service desk coordinator. He has been living in Rotterdam for 10 years now. Before Leslie joined Lime Networks he also lived in England and had his own clothing company with its own factory there. Ever been to a concert of Elton John, Whitney Houston or AC/DC? Chances are they were wearing clothes made by Leslie's company.

How did Leslie end up in the IT sector? He had no knowledge of IT, but he spoke German, English and Dutch, which was very useful. He now has all the knowledge of IT and is a full member of our IT team.

Meet: Rifat, office manager and coach

Rifat is office manager at Lime Networks. He is also responsible for purchasing and supports the account managers with sales. Rifat has also grown within Lime Networks; 8 years ago he joined us as an administrative assistant through his brother in law.

Rifat is also good at coaching others, which he prefers to do at kickboxing matches. When Rifat is not at the gym, working or pursuing his hobby of photography, he prefers to spend his time with family and friends.

Our ISO 27001 certificate without comments also ensures the correct working method and attitude.

Our helpdesk acts as a full-service helpdesk where anyone can directly help you with questions and problems. You can always call us with all your IT questions and problems. Our passionate and well-trained team will assist you in a friendly manner with your IT, documentation and specific arrangements. Whether you have a problem, need advice or have a question, we work together as one team. 20 IT people for the price of 1 that you can call as often as you like; better that you call us more often about the same subject than that you are stuck with the question! We are also available outside office hours for important malfunctions. An engineer will help you within 15 minutes. Finally, our helpdesk is available in Dutch or English.
