What doe you as a Cloud Engineer at Lime Networks?

As a Cloud Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the security and stability of our customers' ICT infrastructures and implementing (controlled) improvements to them. You will analyze, design and develop Cloud solutions with a focus on Microsoft technology. a focus on Microsoft technology. You will therefore mainly work with Microsoft 365, Azure, but also Hyper-v servers, Active Directory and more.

As a Cloud Engineer, you are the escalation path and point of contact for our Service Desk and Professional Services. You take care of the more complex incidents and investigate structural root causes. You are in the lead towards customers for critical incidents in the field of availability and confidentiality of the ICT infrastructure. Rolling out technical projects of (new) systems and network environments, mail migrations to setting up Cloud environments at our customers is easy for you. You work neatly and document everything in our systems. You work together with other professional services colleagues to properly set up our monitoring and alerting and permanently solve the problems that arise.

• You have certifications such as an MCSE, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator or Enterprise Expert
• You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the tasks you will perform for us
• You help customers with your passion for technology and use your fresh empathy to do so
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills (in Dutch and English)
• You have experience working with an RMM system and scripting is not a problem for you
• You are good at listening, summarizing and questioning to get the relevant information on the table so that you can complete assignments carefully and efficiently;
• You can explain technical issues in understandable language to end users and colleagues
